Noteworthy tourist resources exist but are not exploited

Magnificent landscapes, cultural diversity, various arts and crafts, hospitality: all the regions of Niger could develop tourism, but only a few places are equipped.

The Niamey region

The main spots are the museum and the local arts and crafts, many small and large markets, the activities of the French-Nigerien cultural center…

Visitors can choose between several option : a pirogue trip along the river, the large local markets of Balleyara or Ayorou, the well known giraffes of Koure which live free under the protection of the population. .

The national park of W

This park is close to the Benin and Burkina Faso borders. In this park live elephants, buffalos, antelopes, monkeys and many guinea fowls. Some of them will end up in your plate for dinner at the camp

The Agadez region

The Air Mountains, the cemeteries of dinosaurs, the cave paintings, and the desert with bewitching dunes make the Agadez region the best known of the tourists.

Various arts and crafts

Many products are manufactured on site: jewels, leather objects, woven blankets, potteries.
