In June 2005, the General Council decided to initiate a decentralized cooperation program with the urban community of Zinder in Niger.

RAEDD was entrusted with the education project :

  • Appointment and training of a secondary school management.
  • Teacher training in school manual use (in French, Maths, English).
    One book per pupil per subject operation in 5 targeted schools.
  • Seminar on bridging the gap between primary and secondary schools
