His photographs have played a key role in the development of AECIN. They were used for exhibitions, black or colour photo prints, posters, postcards and our first folk tale postcards.They illustrate our website.
Abdoul Aziz Soumaïla and Jean-Pierre Estournet
The two photographers have worked together for years, in France as in Niger.
Since mid 2009, they collaborate with Tarbiyya Tatali . First, a stay in Dogon Doutchi and in the region (Lougou, Bagaji, Dankassari) and the area led to the creation of new folk tale cards, involving Kandé and her tales as well as Issa and his tales. Other photos they made are used in slide shows showing Tarbiyya Tatali’s actions in context. They will also enable us to put up new exhibitions.
