The general council of Cotes d’Armor has been working for 10 years or so with the Agadez region to put in place decentralization; the department of Tchirozerine with Agadez was created in 2004. This cooperation was also financed by towns of Cotes d’Armor: Guingamp, Arguenin Hunaudeye, Saint-Brieuc, Trebrivan, Lanion and Langueux. This cooperation focuses on education, health, training of elected members and the local administration.
Education projects have been assigned to Tarbiyya-Tatali (RAEDD). Tarbayya Tatali works with the local members of Agadez, and elected members of the region. Four intitiatives have ben launched:
The program 0ne schoolbook per pupil per subject in primary and secondary schools.
Continuing education for teachers
School correspondence exchanges
The equipement of school libraries in villages
The education project was granted to RAEDD early in 2009.
Implementation and training of the management committees in secondary schools.
Teacher training for the use of textbooks in French, maths, English.

Seminar on how to bridge the gap between primary and secondary education.
Follow-up and support for the ongoing operations.
The town of Plelan-le-Petit has been providing support to the village of Lillato (Dankassari region) for 10 years by giving schoolbooks and paying for the boarding house . The town of Janze subsidizes Tarbiyya Tatali for its activities at Gourou Kirey and Angoula Saoulo.
A Decentralised cooperation between Cesson-Sévigné and Dankassari started in 2009, following contacts helped by Tarbiyya Tatali.
