Tarbiyya Tatali is member of CONGAFEN, the Coordination of the NGOs and Nigerien women associations. Officially recognized since 1995, the primary objective of the CONGAFEN is to favor concertation and collaboration of the structures of Nigerien civil society to launch and implement actions to promote Nigerien women.
